FAIRFIELD BATTING CAGE

We are so excited to see the Fairfield batting cage/concession stand/storage unit project coming together. Grady’s Golden Goodness partnered with the RJH Scholarship Fund and Fairfield Little League to make this idea a reality! A special thanks to Kerri and Matthew Howrigan, Hank Hughes, Steve Smith, and Seth Hungerford (with students from CHCC) for their time and energy!

"Gradyade" Cooler

One of Grady's FAVORITE treats was as simple as a gatorade.  There are two "Grady's Golden Goodness Coolers" that randomly show up at different events to share this treat with other kids in order to share some happiness!

Kevin Smith's Gift Cards

Grady's Golden Goodness teamed up with Kevin Smith's Sports to provide gift certificates for families who could use a little help to purchase sporting equipment for their children to give them an opportunity to participate in a wide variety of sports offered in Franklin County.  Grady loved any sport that he was given an opportunity to try and we know he would love that his fund was helping to equip kids for the sport of their choice!

FREE BASKETBALLS and camp scholarships

Grady's Golden Goodness was able to give away 5 "bee" themed basketballs at the Bobwhite Basketball camp this summer to add to the amazing program that they have!  In addition to the basketballs, GGG was able to provide several scholarships to make it possible for students to attend the camp.  Grady LOVED this camp and would be so happy that we are able to help make it possible for as many kids as possible to attend!

FUEL UP TO PLAY 60 SUMMIT 2018

GGG was honored to be able to help fund the trip for students from Enosburg and Fairfield to attend the Fuel Up To Play 60 Summit in Atlanta Georgia!  These students work extremely hard to be invited to this event where they learned some amazing leadership skills to bring back to their communities.

GIFTS FOR VERMONT CHILD LIFE PROGRAM

Grady's Golden Goodness Fund was able to purchase gifts for Children at the UVM Children's Hospital through an easy process set up by the Vermont Child Life Program.  They have created a wishlist through Amazon for what is needed and your purchases are sent directly to the hospital.  This team was amazing when Grady spent some time there as an infant, helping us to feel as comfortable as possible.  They were also an amazing resource forbooks, groups, and other resources when Grady and his sibblings lost Big Papa to cancer.  We are so lucky to have such a wonderful program in Vermont!

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SKI PROGRAMS

Grady's Golden Goodness was able to help provide scholarships for local kids to participate in a series of ski days with their school to try out a sport that they may have never had the opportunity to experience otherwise.  We are hoping to expand the number of kids that we are able to help through ski scholarships to a variety of towns in Franklin County this coming year.  Grady started skiing at the age of 3 and loved every minute of it.  This is a video from his first year skiing!

DONATION TO THE ST. ALBANS STEELERS FOOTBALL CALCUTTA

From a very young age, Grady knew that he wanted to play football.  The St. Albans Steelers football program gave him a wonderful introduction to the sport!  GGG was proud to support this program by donating a basket full of "goodness" for their calcutta dinner fundraiser. With the help of Handy's Chevrolet (Seth Fletcher), the basket included a gift certificate for their 5 star detailing package, gas gift card, and some of Grady's Golden Goodness honey. All of Grady's honey sold very quickly this fall, but we set aside a couple just for this reason❤️🐝🏈!
